DURATION OF THE TREATMENT
Data will be processed for as long as necessary to perform the requested services and for the following 5 years from the date of their acquisition, as well as for the time necessary to fulfill all legal obligations. It is understood that, unless otherwise indicated by the interested party, such data will, in any case, be deleted from the server at the end of the fifth year.

RIGHTS OF INTERESTED PARTIES

DATA RETENTION
The Data Controller retains and processes personal data for the time needed to fulfill the purposes indicated. Subsequently, personal data will be kept, and not further processed, for the time established by the current provisions on civil and fiscal matters.

REFUSAL TO PROVIDE DATA
